Large room: from 12 to 16 square meters. Large rooms with extra shelves, places to lie down, ideal for busier kittens or for two or three cats raising in the same house. They have more shelves for jumping and finding the perfect spot for themselves, a playground, sleeping areas, chairs, scratching posts, toys, litter boxes and food and water bowls.

Your cuddly kitty gets his own room for individual use during his stay at Kotelik. The rooms are of different sizes, created to provide your Purr with both complete intimacy, security, but also a place to play.
There is also a common space in Kotelik. It is about 50 square meters, which is arranged in the style of a normal apartment, but with an emphasis on the needs of our fluffy friends. There are loungers, armchairs and chairs for resting, shelves and cabinets for playing, as well as specially prepared places to climb to the highest level, from which they can safely watch us and other kitties.
The common space is used by all cats , depending on individual preferences, together with other guests or separately if the cat is not socialized.
