Hotel for cats "Kotelik" is run by MT Media Maciej Turalski located at: Dębówka 30C, 05-870 Błonie, nip: 567-178-21-10.
Hotel for cats "Kotelik" offers professional and safe care for cats left for a fixed period of time. It provides individual space for the cat, a common area, on-going contact with the carer and supervision 24 hours a day while maintaining home-like conditions of care for the animal.
The cat hotel "Kotelik" offers self-catering or provides the cat with food provided by the owner. It also guarantees to serve food in the quantities and at the times designated by the cat owner.
The reservation of a place in Kotelik remains valid at the moment of making a 30% advance payment to the company account after the hotel has confirmed the free place. Reservations can be made using the contact form, by e-mail at kotelik.hotelik@gmail.com or by phone at 789 170 695.
W przypadku odwołania rezerwacji w terminie krótszym niż dwa tygodnie od terminu rezerwacji, zadatek nie jest zwracany.
Kotelik accepts cats vaccinated against infectious diseases, de-wormed, de-fleaed with a current rabies vaccination which will be confirmed by the cat's health book provided.
Adult cats must be neutered / sterilised.
Kotelik does not accept cats that are pregnant, in oestrus or with offspring in foster care.
The owner leaving a cat is required to leave full contact details for themselves and the contact person authorised to collect the cat.
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day. Pick-ups or receptions take place between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. In the case of unusual hours, the issue of arrival or pick-up must be arranged in advance with the Koteliku staff.
The basis for accepting a cat into care is signing these Terms and Conditions, leaving full details of the owner and filling in a questionnaire about the most important information about the cat.
If the cat is not collected and there is no possibility of contact, the cat will be handed over to the shelter on Paluch and the owner will be reported to the Police.
Hotel for cats "Kotelik" makes every effort to ensure the comfort of the stay and the safety of the animal. However, Kotelik is not responsible for unforeseen events and their consequences which do not result from the caretakers' failure to perform their duties, nor is it responsible for the consequences of the cat's behaviour of which it was not informed by the owner.
